Anforderungen
- Several years of professional experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management or comparable commercial role
- Solid understanding of IT procurement (software, cloud, services)
- Experience in leading sourcing processes and commercial negotiations
- Good understanding of commercial and contractual models
- Ability to analyse complex offers and translate commercial information
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to build credibility
- Confidence in constructively challenging requirements and supplier proposals
- Proactive, structured and results-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to develop procurement organisation
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language skills (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Manage strategic procurement activities for IT products and services
- Advise internal stakeholders on sourcing and procurement approaches
- Lead competitive sourcing processes, including RFIs and RFPs
- Negotiate commercially attractive and sustainable agreements with suppliers
- Translate business and technology requirements into sourcing strategies
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Contribute to category initiatives and procurement approach development
- Support contract development and define commercial requirements
- Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership
- Consolidate demand and optimize the supplier portfolio
- Contribute to category strategies and market analyses
- Support procurement-related projects
- Improve sourcing processes, templates, and ways of working
- Manage multiple procurement activities in parallel
- Ensure quality, transparency, and timely delivery of procurement activities
