- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts for significant procurement spend
- Build strong supplier relationships to support growth and reliable supply
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance
- Create and carry out plans for operational growth and efficiency
- Track market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing
- Adjust procurement strategy based on market trends and supplier capabilities
- Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation
- Work with Sales and Operations to solve problems
- Improve processes through automation and data
- Monitor performance data and KPIs
- Turn performance data into insights for the end-to-end supply chain
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement
