Aufgaben
- Build Helsing's first technology procurement category strategy from scratch
- Establish a comprehensive, centralized overview of technology spending
- Map and organize creditor and spend data for transparency
- Manage key renewal milestones for technology contracts
- Lead high-stakes negotiations for Enterprise SaaS renewals, Hyperscaler commitments, and custom enterprise software agreements
- Analyze complex pricing models to calculate and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Partner with IT, Engineering, and Legal to draft, review, and align on Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Establish procurement processes in a greenfield environment
- Enable speed and structure simultaneously in procurement
