Anforderungen
- University degree in engineering, computer science, IT, cybersecurity, natural sciences, or related discipline, ideally with Master's, Diploma, or PhD
- Professional experience in automotive industry desirable
- Experience in planning, execution, and evaluation of audits, assessments, and compliance reviews desirable
- Sound knowledge of cybersecurity standards, regulations, and frameworks, particularly ISO/SAE 21434 and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)

- Ability to analyze complex organizational, technical, and regulatory topics and derive conclusions/recommendations
- Excellent English language skills; German language skills desirable

- Confident and professional demeanor interacting with auditors, assessors, customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies
Aufgaben
- Support units in ensuring auditability and compliance.
- Provide guidance on audit requirements and best practices.
- Prepare, coordinate, and support customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
- Assess framework compliance, effectiveness, and maturity against standards, regulations, and internal requirements.
- Perform cybersecurity KPI, metric, and maturity analyses.
- Provide transparency on implementation and compliance status.
- Monitor and track corrective and improvement actions.
- Monitor compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
- Report non conformities, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and decision-making materials.
- Support continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.
- Derive improvement measures for framework development.
- Maintain and continuously improve audit, assessment, and compliance methodologies, including templates and guidelines.
