Aufgaben
- Manage the Child Safety product portfolio through its lifecycle
- Develop product strategy and oversee market launch and phase-out
- Review portfolio performance for sales, profitability, quality, and market positioning
- Identify opportunities and drive corrective actions for portfolio performance
- Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer insights
- Evaluate competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Support strategic decision-making with market analysis
- Identify evolving customer needs and translate them into product concepts
- Develop product enhancements and innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on product concepts
- Drive product improvement development and implementation
- Coordinate activities across Product Management, R&D, Quality, and other functions
- Partner with Marketing to develop impactful campaigns
- Develop product communication strategies tailored to the target consumer
- Represent the Child Safety category in meetings with strategic customers
- Present products, innovations, and category strategies to key partners
- Prepare product training for Sales, Marketing, and Global Training teams
- Deliver product training on features, benefits, and technical aspects
- Act as a key interface between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Controlling
- Ensure efficient product development and execution with stakeholders
