Anforderungen
- Relevant university degree in Mobility & Transport, Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in product management or adjacent roles, ideally in technology-driven, agile environment
- Experience in information technology
- Deep understanding of product development cycles, roadmap creation, and product lifecycle management
- Experience with financial validation of features and P&L planning, ideally with B2B software pricing models
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with results-oriented approach
- Understanding of stakeholder perspectives in mobility ecosystem (regulators, authorities, operators, providers)
- Passion for intermodal mobility and seamless journey planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English skills required
- German skills are advantageous
- Experience with SaaS pricing models (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Navigate product transformation, providing stability and guidance
- Define and maintain long-term vision and roadmap with product roles
- Own feature strategy, development, and lifecycle management
- Conduct market and user research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities
- Transform customer problems and market opportunities into product features
- Own feature validation, definition, pricing, and revenue generation
- Validate requirements from tenders and inquiries with expert roles
- Cooperate with sales/bid teams on business models and pricing
- Represent product in client-facing interactions with presentations
- Attend conferences to explore market trends and nurture relationships
