- Own and develop the global product portfolio
- Manage the complete product lifecycle
- Define portfolio priorities and support simplification
- Monitor product profitability and recommend improvements
- Identify customer needs and translate into new product concepts
- Lead product development projects with Operations, Procurement, and Quality
- Support introduction of sustainable and innovative product solutions
- Evaluate new raw materials, applications, and technologies
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments
- Build structured customer and application knowledge
- Identify new applications and market opportunities
- Develop business cases for new products and portfolio extensions
- Develop compelling product positioning and customer value propositions
- Support value-based pricing with Sales
- Prepare product documentation, technical data sheets, and application guides
- Support strategic customer projects, key tenders, and technical presentations
- Deliver product and application training to Sales teams and distributors
- Act as central interface between Sales, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Ensure customer requirements are reflected in product specifications and manufacturing capabilities
- Coordinate product launches and product changes across all functions
- Support continuous product improvement initiatives
