Aufgaben
- Shape the foundational platform, cloud operations, integrations, and base services
- Ensure internal engineering teams have a reliable, scalable, and developer-friendly foundation
- Act as the team's spokesperson in OKR planning, roadmap reviews, and cross-team alignment
- Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform
- Prioritize investments and evaluate build vs. buy decisions
- Drive adoption of platform services across all AI Hub teams
- Build business cases demonstrating ROI through productivity gains, cost savings, and reliability improvements
- Validate platform improvement ideas through user research with AI Hub engineering teams
- Identify and remove friction in developer workflows
- Prioritize competing requests from engineering teams
- Assess new technological opportunities in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD, observability, and integration patterns
- Enhance self-service capabilities and developer autonomy
- Coordinate the timely, high-quality delivery of platform increments in an agile team
- Clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and support technical decision-making with Engineering and Machine Learning
- Constructively challenge complexity and foster an iterative, data-driven development approach
- Define and monitor platform success metrics, including deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, developer satisfaction, and cloud spend efficiency
- Drive cost optimization strategies
- Derive concrete improvement initiatives from data, experiments, and developer feedback
- Communicate strategy, roadmap, and progress transparently to stakeholders and leadership
- Translate technical work and debt into tangible business outcomes
- Drive adoption through evangelism and change management
- Build consensus across a matrix organization by influencing without authority
