- 2–4 years Product Management experience building trading, retail brokerage, or fintech products (ideally within a MiFID II or regulated environment)
- Good functional understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing, and basic retail investing mechanics
- Solid data-driven, analytical mindset with practical experience using product analytics to guide feature iterations
- Strong structured communication skills to translate business and technical requirements into actionable product specs
- Familiarity with multi-asset investing platforms

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business Operations
- Turn complex financial workflows into simple retail trading experiences
- Take ownership of specific product flows within securities and commodities
- Write clear, detailed product specifications and process flows
- Write user stories
- Serve as the primary product contact for Engineering
- Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams
- Turn complex financial concepts into transparent retail experiences
- Maintain fast shipping velocity and high task completion
- Actively collaborate with Engineering, Business Operations, and partners
- Track feature adoption and performance metrics
- Identify UX friction points
- Drive continuous optimizations
