Anforderungen
- Technical or business training, ideally with additional education
- Initial professional experience in product compliance, quality assurance, technical documentation, or comparable field
- Good knowledge of European product regulations, conformity assessment procedures, and relevant standards for electrical, electronic, or machinery-related products
- Knowledge of material compliance, particularly REACH, RoHS, and other relevant substance restrictions
- In-depth knowledge of Low Voltage Directive, Machinery Directive, and practical application
- Experience preparing technical documentation and declarations of conformity
- Experience working with testing and certification bodies is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Develop, maintain, and manage guidelines, regulations, standards, and technical requirements
- Conduct CE tests (LVD, MVO)
- Coordinate and track compliance measures for Weller products
- Coordinate and document product testing, conformity assessments, and certifications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external testing bodies
- Conduct first article inspections and product release activities
- Prepare, maintain, and manage technical documentation
- Manage Material Compliance requirements, including REACH, RoHS, and POP
- Collect, evaluate, and maintain supplier and material compliance documentation
- Support preparation and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements
- Assess and support product, material, supplier, and process changes
- Conduct risk assessments for changes
- Track corrective and improvement actions
- Monitor regulatory and standardization developments
- Evaluate impact of developments on products
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Product Management
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, external partners, and authorities
