Aufgaben
- Gather, analyze, and translate business and customer requirements
- Create clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as a central point of contact between departments, partners, and teams
- Ensure effective communication and alignment
- Coordinate product development with the Delivery Lead
- Manage dependencies for successful feature delivery
- Ensure successful delivery of new features and improvements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility
- Configure and adapt product settings and functionalities
- Support product releases and provide post-launch support
- Identify issues and coordinate necessary adjustments
- Drive continuous improvements for products
- Analyze complex business processes
- Clarify operational, legal, or tax-related requirements
- Monitor product performance
- Identify opportunities to optimize products, workflows, and processes
