Anforderungen
- Completed degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as Product Owner or IT Project Manager
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Practical experience applying agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum)
- Experience in cross-functional and interdisciplinary environments
- Solid understanding of Data & Analytics team operations
- Knowledge of conceptual data models
- Initial experience in data management topics
- Experience with data lifecycle management
- Experience with data strategy
- Experience with data governance requirements
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Preference for severely disabled applicants if equally qualified
Aufgaben
- Design and develop cloud-based data products for the Energy & Vehicle Services business unit
- Take ownership of existing data products and ensure their continuous enhancement, adoption, and effective use
- Foster collaboration with business units, subsidiaries, and stakeholders to develop data-driven use cases
- Provide functional leadership to Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and BW Consultants
- Prioritize data initiatives and further develop the Data & Analytics strategy
- Define KPIs, innovation topics (e.g., AI/ML), and reporting
- Systematically bring together data assets and data products
- Define standards and documentation in close collaboration with the Data Intelligence & Analytics team
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across the organization with Data Governance
