Aufgaben
- Ensure products are built on time, in the right quality, and in needed quantities
- Accompany projects from feasibility checks through prototype builds and sample phases
- Act as a liaison between development projects and shopfloor teams
- Collaborate with Project Management, Process Engineering, Quality, Engineering, and the Sample Shop team
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, and open topics
- Address potential issues before they become project blockers
- Stay close to the production floor and understand build processes
- Support production pragmatically when needed
- Understand challenges and bring the right people together
- Participate in design kick-offs and assess features from a production perspective
- Align required sample quantities with project teams and validation stakeholders
- Drive the pre-sample checklist and ensure build readiness
- Monitor tooling, work instructions, and build documentation readiness
- Support investment assessments for tooling and automation
- Coordinate sample builds across project phases
- Align build activities with the Sample Shop team and Process Engineering
- Keep work instructions and build information up to date
- Ensure the shopfloor team has necessary information
- Coordinate pragmatic solutions for build issues
- Track open topics from builds and create transparency
- Coordinate maturity assessments with Process Engineering and Quality
- Track process-related action items between project phases
- Align measurement plans with Process Engineering and Quality
- Ensure required approval documentation is in place for phase progression
- Serve as the central coordination point for project production topics
- Inform stakeholders about progress, open topics, and risks
- Escalate deviations impacting timing, quality, or build readiness
- Prepare and present project phase status updates
- Coordinate customer demonstration preparation with Engineering
- Involve series production coordinators during the B-sample phase
- Prepare handover documentation, including maturity status and lessons learned
- Ensure knowledge transfer before projects move to series production
