Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Experience in automotive, motorsport, or manufacturing industries (advantageous)
- Knowledge of BOM management and production control processes
- Fluent English language skills, written and spoken

Aufgaben
- Plan and coordinate Customer Racing vehicle production activities
- Create and manage production schedules
- Raise purchase requests through the ERP system (SAP)
- Issue production orders through the ERP system (SAP)
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability
- Develop, maintain, and modify production Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, stores, mechanics, and external suppliers
- Conduct quality monitoring for assemblies, completed vehicles, and components
- Follow up on quality for assemblies, completed vehicles, and components
- Manage subcontracting processes
- Manage rework processes
- Identify manufacturing bottlenecks
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Implement process improvements to increase production performance
- Support production process development for assembly operations
- Support production process development for tooling
- Support production process development for facilities
- Support production process development for in-house manufacturing capabilities
- Generate production-related reports
- Maintain accurate planning data within SAP
- Maintain accurate planning data within other business systems
