- Manufacture silicone elastomers, including preparation, delivery, setup, production, and packaging, following all instructions
- Clean work areas daily and separate waste properly
- Record and report waste quantities correctly
- Process and maintain production documentation properly
- Check raw materials for correctness and condition before use
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and simple repairs
- Learn and operate relevant processes and equipment
- Attend technical, process, and safety training
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards
