- Develop and implement production system standards (Magna Factory System) at the Schwäbisch Gmünd site
- Achieve plant, group, and corporate goals through internal audits
- Support departments in implementing and developing the production system (CIP)
- Coordinate corporate standards with relevant departments
- Conduct training on problem-solving methods at the site
- Develop the site through the 5S initiative
- Implement Lean standards according to the production system (MAFACT)
- Manage office operations and support plant and executive management
- Prepare decision proposals, including research and data analysis
- Organize, prepare, and coordinate meetings and events; create and follow up on minutes
- Prepare presentation materials in German and English
- Contribute to cross-site special topics and projects
