- Participate in programme development and quality assurance
- Integrate strategic foresight and digital maturity models into the curriculum
- Design and update teaching materials on agile governance, platform economies, and the future of work
- Initiate, expand, and maintain cooperation with industry and research partners
- Participate in national and international accreditation procedures
- Engage in academic administration and committee work
- Develop personal and institutional research profiles in Digital Transformation Strategy, Leadership Psychology, or Corporate Resilience
- Publish research results in high-quality journals and engage in public dissemination
- Support outreach activities, including student recruitment and AI study pathway promotion
