Aufgaben
- Set direction for program components to produce scaled outcomes for 250 fellows
- Work closely with the program team and other departments
- Shape and approve programming that converts into environmental innovation
- Hold accountability for the associated budget
- Decide where the team invests across program components
- Use field experience and data to prioritize results
- Set strategy and oversee execution for venture coaching and Project Scholarships
- Supervise milestone structure and community-based project support elements
- Provide relevant content for the learning platform
- Coordinate with the team accountable for the platform's build-out
- Advise on partnership priorities based on fellow needs
- Be responsible for program-related KPIs, including applied program outcomes
- Own budgetary responsibility across program components
- Cooperate with Compliance Officer to ensure financial stewardship
- Direct the Year 1 and Year 2 Program Leads
- Ensure consistent standards and coordination between fellowship years
- Contribute to a high-functioning directors team
- Engage in cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration
