Aufgaben
- Set strategic direction for project support infrastructure and acceleration partnerships
- Own the budget for program components
- Translate program strategy into results by directing Program Leads
- Ensure work stays coherent across the full fellow journey
- Set direction for venture coaching, AI venture coach, and Project Scholarships
- Produce accountable, scaled outcomes for 250 fellows annually
- Work closely with the program team and other departments
- Shape and approve programming for environmental innovation
- Hold accountability for the associated budget
- Decide where the team invests across program components
- Prioritize based on field experience and data for environmental and entrepreneurial results
- Set strategy and oversee execution for venture coaching and Project Scholarships
- Supervise the milestone structure and community-based project support elements
- Provide relevant, effective content for the learning platform
- Coordinate with the team accountable for the platform's build-out
- Advise on partnership priorities based on fellow needs
- Be responsible for program-related KPIs, including applied program outcomes
- Own budgetary responsibility across program components
- Cooperate with Compliance Officer for financial stewardship of funds and budget
- Direct Year 1 and Year 2 Program Leads
- Ensure consistent standards and coordination between fellowship years
- Proactively contribute to a high-functioning directors team
- Engage in cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration
