Anforderungen
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT or IT consultancy
- Managing complex, large-scale digital programs and portfolios
- Hands-on understanding of IT build and delivery
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous topics
- Comfortable working hands-on and independently
- Senior stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Very good fluency in English (written and verbal)
- German language proficiency preferred
Aufgaben
- Own and refine a multi-year digital delivery roadmap
- Oversee and challenge complex, cross-platform initiatives
- Ensure technical integrity, dependencies, risk, and on-time delivery
- Act as Program Manager for selected key initiatives
- Structure, plan, and track execution of initiatives
- Ensure end-to-end transparency on delivery progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Ensure value realization for initiatives
- Ensure business case validity and track outcome delivery
- Ensure rapid turnaround of strategic initiatives when needed
- Establish and drive governance structures for successful delivery
- Lead Steering Committees with executive stakeholders
- Validate solution approaches and delivery plans with platform and engineering leads
- Collaborate with the CIO Office on CIO priorities
- Perform ad-hoc work related to CIO priorities
- Drive pragmatic change and adoption for initiatives
