- Completed engineering degree, preferably in building services, building technology, process engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification
- Sound experience in planning, execution, or commissioning of ventilation systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device sector
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in technical facility management
- Good commercial calculation skills (e.g., for quotations)
- Proficient use of standard MS Office applications
- Experience with SAP R3 or S4HANA
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, effective collaboration in multifunctional and international teams
- Strong customer focus and positive attitude towards teamwork

Aufgaben
- Lead and support technical projects in HVAC and cleanroom technology
- Manage projects according to internal processes, laws, and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on projects
- Independently manage HVAC and cleanroom technology projects through all planning phases
- Control schedules and costs for projects
- Report on project budgets and status
- Support the building services engineering team
- Develop and plan sustainable HVAC and plumbing concepts
- Estimate project costs
- Prepare project specifications
- Assist in preparing tender documents
- Coordinate internal departments and external partners
- Perform construction supervision based on project scope
