Anforderungen
- University degree in business administration, social sciences, psychology, communication science, health science/public health, or comparable field
- Initial professional experience in project management, market research, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or related field
- Strong interest in project coordination, operational excellence, and high-quality client work
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, structured task management
- Comfortable working with data, advanced Excel skills; SPSS, Power BI, or Python skills are a plus
- Interest in data management, process optimization, testing, and automation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enjoyment of collaboration
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
- Proactive, team-oriented, motivated to learn and grow in international healthcare research
- Experience with AI-based solutions, survey platforms, reporting tools, or research technologies is a plus
Aufgaben
- Support planning, coordination, and delivery of healthcare market research and innovation projects
- Work closely with project managers, insights teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate external suppliers and partners
- Track project progress
- Support management of timelines, deliverables, and documentation
- Maintain project documentation
- Ensure project records, specifications, and study materials are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Support data management activities, including validation and quality control
- Prepare deliverables using Excel and other reporting platforms
- Contribute to testing activities for surveys, research platforms, and project workflows
- Identify issues and support process improvements and automation efforts
- Assist in monitoring project risks
- Resolve operational challenges
- Ensure smooth collaboration across internal and external teams
- Act as a reliable point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates
- Ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and ways of working
- Support the use of AI and automation solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across Ipsos Germany and the international Healthcare network
