- Experience in Consumer Goods industry, ideally technology transformations
- Experience in or with large international consultancies
- Experience across multi-country project settings, navigating business and IT stakeholders
- Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
- Strong knowledge of common project management methodologies and tools
- Stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills
- Salesforce experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Can-do attitude and enjoyment of solving complex problems
- Independent work and project juggling ability
- Experience working in remote and international teams
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Additional language skills
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation projects
- Define project objectives, scope, and timelines
- Plan project resources and delivery approach
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure project delivery quality
- Identify project risks
- Apply project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Serve as primary client contact
- Liaise with stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Lead workshops and steering committees
- Lead status meetings
- Ensure transparent communication in English and German
- Ensure solutions meet client business objectives
- Ensure solutions meet client operational processes
- Ensure solutions support client long-term scalability
- Lead cross-functional and international teams
- Create alignment in complex environments
- Shape and scale the Business Consulting Practice
- Establish standard processes for the practice
- Define quality benchmarks for the practice
- Develop team structures for the practice
- Contribute to proposals and client presentations
- Contribute to demos and solution planning during pre-sales
- Identify opportunities for additional value
- Contribute ideas for optimization and innovation
