- Can-do mentality, independent work style, willingness to roll up sleeves
- Ability to connect with remote team and leadership
- Commitment or experience with low/middle-income countries is an advantage
- Availability to travel internationally
- Unlimited eligibility to work in Germany
Aufgaben
- Implement projects for efficient logistics systems in bio-based construction
- Lead the development of analytical models and frameworks for supply chain logistics
- Design and deliver interventions with industry actors and the ecosystem
- Identify and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Steer project meetings, manage timelines, and budgets
- Present project activities externally
- Develop content for communications
- Contribute to strategic development of KCC's project portfolio
- Contribute to internal projects and business development
