- Launch and monitor process improvement initiatives
- Develop and evaluate processes to meet strategic objectives
- Lead transformation and optimization initiatives for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of B2R processes
- Promote standardization and simplification of processes across entities
- Enhance data consistency by reducing manual tasks
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices and governance frameworks
- Safeguard the integrity and consistency of financial data
- Advance automation and digitalization in reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
- Design and maintain business policies for efficient process execution
- Identify business issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and deliver presentations
- Collaborate with Digital teams on system alignment and budget planning
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for system implementations
- Support integration projects across the organization
- Enhance process performance to achieve efficiency and KPI targets
- Lead projects to identify and roll out best practices to Shared Service Centers
- Maintain strong risk control mechanisms within B2R processes
- Travel to business locations to support initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Drive alignment and improvements with Global Process Owners
- Apply a process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
