Aufgaben
- Ensure operational continuity and quality of VEM product portfolio processes
- Track and monitor DLX units, including loan agreements
- Anticipate proactive recalls for DLX equipment
- Manage equipment traceability and monitoring throughout its lifecycle
- Oversee services associated with DLX equipment
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of DLX records
- Resolve discrepancies in DLX records
- Monitor KPIs for DLX utilization and overdue loans
- Monitor KPIs for equipment traceability and lifecycle management
- Set up and test SAP configurations, including product codes
- Set up and test SAP cross-sell logic
- Support users with SAP transactions
- Support users with the Smartform process
- Monitor SAP stock movements for DLX and VP equipment
- Investigate discrepancies in SAP stock movements
- Act as an interface between business users and IT/SAP support
- Resolve system-related issues
- Ensure accurate master data and system configuration
- Track and report SAP-related operational KPIs
- Report SAP-related operational issues and resolution timelines
- Process SCT requests
- Process IPNs
- Support forecast updates
- Support stock monitoring
- Plan for new product launches
- Resolve order and logistics-related issues
- Monitor stock availability and discrepancies
- Escalate potential business impacts from operational risks
- Support timely execution of operational activities
- Provide first-line troubleshooting for operational issues
- Provide first-line troubleshooting for system-related issues
- Liaise between field teams and internal support functions
- Resolve operational blockers
- Review incoming customer requests
- Manage approval workflow for ECRs
- Manage approval workflow for ECOs
- Support major improvement projects
- Support CIP initiatives across VEM operations
- Prepare regular status updates and management reports
- Report on operational performance
- Report on project progress
- Report on key risks
- Report on required actions
- Define and monitor KPIs within Marketing Operations
- Define and monitor SLAs within Marketing Operations
- Initiate corrective actions when targets are not met
