- Organize, structure, and facilitate cross-functional working sessions
- Ensure alignment across departments for inter-team topics
- Provide on-site logistical or methodological support to operational teams
- Prepare monthly governance meetings with sponsors
- Consolidate project progress and blockers for decision-making
- Prepare arbitration scenarios for steering committees
- Create and maintain tailored dashboards for program health monitoring
- Ensure transfer of ownership of communication channels to operators
- Act as project representative during handover to operations
- Serve as central point of contact for technical and logistical support
- Coordinate technical and logistical support from operational teams
- Organize and lead corrective work projects on the incineration line
- Monitor contractual responsibilities with suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage potential disputes with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure completion of technical documentation
- Coordinate the official handover of the incineration line to operations
