Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- Several years of professional experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project development, project management, EPC, or project finance
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial understanding of project finance, EPC contracts, transactions, and investment decisions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management, planning, coordination, and organisational capabilities
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, reporting, and Stage Gate processes
- High ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional, international teams
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/reporting tools; Compass is a plus
- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is an advantage
- German C1+ required
- Additional languages (Italian, Spanish, French) are a plus
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of renewable energy projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams from development through NTP
- Act as the central link between Development, Finance, EPC, Commercial, and senior leadership
- Bring structure, transparency, and momentum to projects
- Strengthen project management standards and ways of working
- Lead and manage projects and cross-functional project teams
- Ensure effective coordination of all workstreams, internal functions, and external stakeholders
- Ensure consistent application of project management standards and governance requirements
- Oversee the overall project schedule, budget, and delivery performance
- Ensure key development, commercial, and execution milestones are achieved on time and to agreed quality standards
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and conflicts
- Drive mitigation actions, troubleshooting, and timely escalation of material matters
- Ensure effective day-to-day cross-functional project coordination
- Support and initiate project budgeting and Investment Committee approval processes
- Coordinate and review key project agreements and commercial interfaces
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management
- Coordinate key supporting project processes, including due diligence, project financing, and project sales
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery, including project kick-offs and lessons learned
