Anforderungen
- University degree in Chemistry, Technical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or PhD
- Expert knowledge and extensive experience in waterproofing technology (plus, not mandatory)
- Solid understanding of synthetic membrane waterproofing business

Aufgaben
- Manage and coordinate RD&E projects end-to-end
- Develop production processes from initial recipe to validation
- Ensure seamless project implementation in production environments
- Lead projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers, universities, and research institutes
- Prepare comprehensive project reports
- Present project reports and research results
- Develop detailed product and process specifications
- Conduct and oversee laboratory work for R&D projects
- Validate applications rigorously
- Stay abreast of industry trends and professional literature
- Monitor patents to influence development
- Represent BMI at trade fairs and conferences
- Consult with internal sales teams, suppliers, and customers
