Aufgaben
- Implement project planning, scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures
- Coordinate the development and implementation of project works
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
- Conduct project schedule, critical path, and schedule risk analysis
- Analyze baseline deviations in the Project Master schedule
- Highlight bottlenecks and delays, and propose corrective actions
- Prepare monthly project report contributions for planning and scheduling
- Prepare specific reports and presentations for planning and scheduling
- Prepare resourcing plans for overall and individual project phases
- Identify excessive peak resourcing numbers and recommend leveling
- Ensure schedule data from vendors, suppliers, and contractors is fed back into systems
- Prepare and propose 'micro-management' schedules for critical work elements
