Aufgaben
- Manage multiple RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs simultaneously
- Set clear priorities and ensure all deadlines are met
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams
- Deliver proposals aligned with client expectations and internal standards
- Prepare high-quality proposal documents
- Coordinate inputs for accurate effort and cost estimates
- Review contractual and legal terms with the Legal team
- Ensure compliance with governmental customer regulations
- Gather and validate material costs and lead times with Procurement
- Validate data accuracy and shape pricing strategies with the Sales Manager
- Validate cost structures with Finance
- Communicate contractual deviations or requirement gaps to internal stakeholders
- Review and accept purchase orders, validating commercial and legal conditions
- Liaise with customers for purchase order adjustments
- Organize and lead key meetings, including commercial business reviews
- Secure executive alignment and approval
- Act as a link between proposal activities, project launch teams, and billing processes
- Track all activities and approvals accurately in Salesforce
- Review and approve proposals prepared by colleagues
- Support Sales Managers with administrative and logistical tasks to secure contracts
