- Lead a multi-national development team
- Provide expert support to customers
- Support development and operational rollout of ground segment infrastructure
- Collaborate with client technical managers and end users
- Support operational rollout of PULSE based ground segment solutions
- Manage and coordinate technical activities of development and integration teams
- Serve as the main technical interface to clients
- Maintain overall control of project portfolio
- Ensure projects deliver against scope, schedule, and budget
- Distribute and coordinate project tasks
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables
- Coordinate with customer technical managers on priority alignment
- Maintain the product backlog and release plan
- Maintain the project budget and schedule
- Report on technical progress of service tasks
- Disseminate knowledge and learn with others
- Praise colleagues' successes openly
- Share competences and train junior colleagues
- Assist and motivate team members
- Support proposal preparation and business development
