Anforderungen
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or comparable field
- Professional experience in apparel quality management or production quality assurance, ideally in apparel, sportswear, or FMCG industry
- Strong technical knowledge of textiles, materials, garment construction, testing methods, and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in supplier quality management, audits, and corrective action programs
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, product compliance, and relevant apparel standards (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GOTS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across organization levels
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Oversee all quality and product compliance activities for Apparel
- Act as the central point of contact for Apparel quality and compliance
- Ensure seamless communication between leadership and cross-functional teams
- Define and drive Apparel Quality standards and specifications
- Lead Quality Planning, Validation & Verification in Product Development
- Oversee quality processes across the entire supply chain
- Drive continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems
- Lead root-cause analysis and issue resolution
- Support the development of safe and compliant products for global markets
- Inform stakeholders about relevant regulatory requirements and changes
- Evaluate test results and support product risk assessments
- Build collaborative relationships with suppliers
- Drive supplier quality performance, transparency, and accountability
- Establish effective approaches for quality inspections and documentation
- Implement data-driven performance monitoring for quality
- Train internal teams and suppliers on quality standards and best practices
