Aufgaben
- Execute regional supply chain management activities for the BU
- Own and execute Regional BU Sales and Operations Plan Processes
- Coordinate Customer Service and Logistics department activities for a business unit regionally
- Manage orders from entry to delivery, including customer and supplier relations, inbound, warehousing, outbound, and invoicing
- Own the Regional BU order to cash process from Customer Service through logistics coordination and validation
- Daily monitor Regional BU order bookings
- Periodically update leadership on order pacing within the month
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for Sales on all Order to Cash concerns
- Proactively communicate with Regional BU leadership on all Order to Cash issues
- Achieve the best possible OTIF and manage the downstream customer experience
- Connect with stakeholder groups like invoicing, warehousing, and shared services
- Assure compliance with global operational standards, procedures, and policies
- Triage all Regional BU related operational issues
- Own the BU plan to produce/deliver process, including inventory management, target setting, S&OP, and purchase order creation/follow-up
- Daily monitor inbound materials from departure through warehouse or customer receipt
- Manage outbound shipment expectations through schedule attainment or other monitoring approaches
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for Sales on all inbound material concerns
- Coordinate with Sales to align inventory strategy
- Coordinate with Sales on route to market discussions
- Support estimation of landed costs
- Achieve the best possible inventory turns while maintaining the best downstream customer experience
- Connect with stakeholder groups including SCM process owners and centers of excellence
- Implement and execute regional BU S&OP
- Triage all BU related inventory issues
- Coordinate a Regional BU operations team
- Increase employee skills
- Support change management
- Set up integration and training procedures
- Develop direct operational reports
- Manage planning and resources availability
- Support the implementation of KPIs
- Report on activities and ensure forecast accuracy
- Set up Business unit reporting and communication
- Develop managerial and technical skills for yourself and the team
- Set clear, measurable goals for team members
- Ensure regular follow-up using performance indicators
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Foster employee engagement
- Implement disciplinary measures when necessary
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
