Anforderungen
- Significant experience in PMO, Project Management, Programme Management, or Service Delivery leadership
- Strong understanding of professional services environment
- Experience leading regional or multi-country teams, ideally across EMEA and/or APAC
- Proven success managing performance across revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting, and billability
- Strong knowledge of service contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs
- Experience improving delivery quality through data, reporting, analytics, and process improvement
- Track record of leading teams, developing managers, and building high-performing functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence senior and global levels
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex issues and drive alignment
- Professional fluency in Spanish or German (highly advantageous)
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, confidence to lead change and continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Lead the regional PMO function to achieve revenue, margin, utilisation, and billability targets
- Drive operational excellence across Project Management and Service Delivery
- Help shape and execute the broader PMO and Shared Services strategy
- Create consistency in processes, standards, workflows, governance, and reporting
- Support effective resource planning, workload balancing, and team utilisation
- Act as a senior escalation point for resourcing challenges, conflicts, and project issues
- Lead and coach Team Leads to ensure strong team performance and capability growth
- Partner with regional and global peers to create one aligned way of working
- Oversee quality of delivery, service performance, and client satisfaction metrics
- Define and track KPIs, using data and insight to identify trends and improve performance
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain service continuity
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure services are invoiced accurately in line with contract terms
- Work with L&D to support up-skilling and close capability gaps
- Embed a strong client-focused mindset across the team
- Contribute to service innovation, continuous improvement, and new service solution development with Practice Heads
