Anforderungen
- 5–7 years corporate security experience, preferably multinational/global
- Excellent English fluency, written and verbal
- Business-level German fluency, written and verbal, required
- Practical understanding of risk-based security management
- Hands-on experience with physical security systems
- Experience working with contract security providers
- Experience conducting security assessments, audits, and programs
- Working knowledge of corporate investigations and incident management
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, reporting skills
- Ability to work independently within direction
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Previous experience supporting security in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred
- Additional regional language capabilities advantageous
- Experience supporting travel security, executive protection, or VIP movements preferred
- German language proficiency strongly preferred
Aufgaben
- Support the Regional Security Manager in implementing Global Security strategies
- Serve as the regional security point of contact for manufacturing locations
- Coordinate day-to-day security support across the assigned geographic area
- Conduct regular site visits to review security programs
- Identify vulnerabilities and verify compliance with Global Security requirements
- Support security assessments and develop corrective actions
- Implement and track corrective actions and mitigation plans
- Track site compliance with Global Security standards against timelines
- Escalate unresolved or overdue deficiencies to the Regional Security Manager
- Monitor implementation of security improvement initiatives
- Provide regular status updates on security initiatives
- Identify emerging security issues and operational deficiencies
- Escalate recurring trends to the Regional Security Manager
- Support plants during security incidents
- Coordinate with the Regional Security Manager and GSOC during incidents
- Maintain working relationships with internal functions
- Support liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services
- Support the coordination of site security programs
- Review access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems
- Review perimeter protection and visitor management processes
- Advise plants on resolving security system issues
- Advise plants on resolving security process issues
- Advise plants on resolving compliance issues
- Support planning of security system upgrades
- Support implementation of security system upgrades
- Support planning of regional security projects
- Support implementation of regional security projects
- Conduct follow-up reviews to confirm corrective actions
- Monitor contracted security providers
- Review contracted security provider performance
- Escalate deficiencies of contracted providers
- Support visitor management processes
- Ensure alignment with corporate visitor management standards
- Support regional investigations under direction
- Assist with fact-finding during investigations
- Assist with interviews during investigations
- Assist with documentation review during investigations
- Assist with CCTV and access-control record review
- Support investigations involving theft and workplace violence
- Support investigations involving security breaches
- Support investigations involving loss of company assets
- Coordinate with Human Resources and Legal as directed
- Coordinate with Compliance and plant management as directed
- Assist with local law enforcement coordination
- Ensure investigative information is captured
- Ensure investigative documentation is handled appropriately
- Escalate investigative information and documentation
- Monitor security developments affecting employees
- Monitor security developments affecting travelers
- Monitor security developments affecting company operations
