- Conduct applied research on logistics, freight transport, and supply chains
- Translate research and advisory questions into analytical approaches
- Identify relevant datasets from scientific and industry sources
- Collect, clean, structure, and document datasets
- Ensure data quality and traceability
- Conduct quantitative and statistical analysis and modeling
- Run scenario analyses as required
- Build dashboards and visualizations
- Develop practical analytical tools
- Use AI-assisted tools for research and coding
- Use AI-assisted tools for analysis and evidence synthesis
- Automate recurring research and analytical workflows
- Support KCC’s database infrastructure
- Support KCC’s emerging intelligence platform
- Contribute to methodologies, models, and analytical toolkits
- Translate findings into reports and presentations
- Translate findings into data stories and recommendations
- Collaborate with Program Lines and research institutions
- Collaborate with technology partners and stakeholders
- Generate new information and insights
