Anforderungen
- Completed apprenticeship (BTA/CTA/MTA), BSc. or MSc. in biological sciences/in vitro pharmacology or related
- Work experience with cellular assays in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO setting
- Hands-on experience of cell culture assays (cultivation & transfection, immunocytochemistry)
- Experience with molecular and biochemical techniques (DNA, RNA, protein assays)
- Experience with transfection and genome editing methods (plus)
- Experience with handling and isolation of primary cells (plus)
- Possession of a FELASA B certificate (plus)
- Well-organized, dynamic personality with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment
- Excellent team spirit and autonomy
- Ability to work in cross-functional team
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- German language skills (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement cellular assays for target validation, including primary cell culture, transfection, and gene transfer
- Use and establish plate- and image-based readouts
- Use and establish genome editing methodologies like CRISPR/Cas9 with various delivery methods
- Plan, perform, and analyze laboratory experiments, including protein, DNA, RNA isolation, immunocytochemistry, and imaging
- Manage project demands to ensure quality and timely data delivery
- Independently record experiments in an electronic lab notebook
