Anforderungen
- University degree in natural sciences, engineering, or comparable fields
- Excellent knowledge in battery electrode manufacturing
- Knowledge of solvent-free electrode manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of electrode properties for solid-state, lithium-ion, and next-gen batteries
- Experience handling hazardous materials
- Previous experience in powder characterization and particle technology
- Several years of experience managing research projects

Aufgaben
- Plan, execute, and manage public and industry projects in dry coating
- Develop and further develop coating systems
- Contribute to the successful implementation of complex projects
- Independently conduct experiments in materials and process development
- Develop methodologies for characterizing mixtures and powders
- Record all relevant project data and documentation
- Monitor and oversee project progress
- Manage projects
- Communicate with clients
