Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- At least three years of professional experience in Financial Controlling, Corporate Finance or Sales Controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO
- Experience with reporting tools such as SmartView is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured way of working, attention to detail and hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of working beyond the numbers
- Confidence in translating financial insights into clear and actionable information for different stakeholders
- Fluent in English at business level (C1/C2)
- German language skills are a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with group reporting standards
- Support preparation, consolidation, and tracking of annual budgets
- Support preparation, consolidation, and tracking of rolling forecasts
- Analyze Actuals vs. Budget and Forecast across sales, OPEX, and profitability
- Identify key business drivers, risks, and potential savings opportunities
- Prepare structured management reports and business reviews
- Support automation and continuous improvement of financial reports and processes
- Work closely with functional teams, providing financial guidance
- Monitor cost center spending
- Support stakeholders in understanding their financial performance
- Support strategic projects and business decisions
- Conduct financial feasibility studies
- Perform scenario modeling
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses
