Anforderungen
- Degree, commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
- Retail operations, management experience, ideally multinational
- Hands-on store experience, understanding of retail operations
- Understanding of retail standards, compliance, audits
- Strong analytical skills, data interpretation
- Independent, structured, detail-oriented work approach
- Strong communication, stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Interest in retail systems and applications
- Willingness to travel regularly across Central Europe
- Comfortable spending two days per week in stores
Aufgaben
- Provide day-to-day store support, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory control, POS processes, operational checklists, and daily reporting
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process clarity for returns-to-vendor and negative stock
- Embed CRE standards through regular store visits (minimum 2 days per week) and new-manager inductions
- Enable and support EPOS, RFID, Smart Safe, Omni Gift Card, ORS, and SFS systems
- Provide training and IT feedback for retail systems
- Own in-store Omni KPIs end-to-end
- Run the regional audit framework, including weekly Yoobic audits and corrective-action plans
- Conduct on-site operations audits
- Respond to recurring Global Audit team questions
- Lead loss prevention, fraud examination, and stocktakes
- Safeguard stock and transaction accuracy
- Monitor stock accuracy, shrinkage, transaction accuracy, productivity, and working hours
- Manage store performance against revenue and operational targets
- Act as the senior escalation point for the region
- Align cross-functionally with IT, Loss Prevention, HR, and Finance
- Represent the region to global/HQ teams
- Co-define operational targets and incentives with Retail Leads
