Aufgaben
- Operate and improve enterprise risk management
- Work on GRC topics, including internal control system and requirements register
- Act as an interface to information security and IT security
- Act as an interface to Enterprise Service Management
- Collaborate with departments on risk and compliance topics
- Conduct risk analyses and assessments
- Derive and track mitigation measures
- Guide departments in identifying risks
- Support departments in implementing measures
- Maintain and develop guidelines, policies, and governing documents
- Maintain and develop the internal control system
- Assist in maintaining the requirements register
- Assist in maintaining the multi-compliance framework
- Assist in maintaining associated processes within the management system landscape
- Support internal and external audits and assessments
- Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments
- Monitor and analyze relevant standard developments
- Derive necessary measures from legal, regulatory, and standard developments
- Prepare risk reports for senior management
- Submit risk reports to senior management
- Prepare risk notifications for regulatory authorities
- Submit risk notifications to regulatory authorities
- Prepare risk reports for other stakeholders
