- Expand distribution and secure new listings
- Build relationships and manage regional accounts
- Collaborate with wholesale partners to identify opportunities
- Execute sales strategies to meet forecasts and KPIs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Represent the Minor Figures brand in Southern Germany
- Develop new partnerships and grow existing accounts
- Track opportunities and manage pipeline in CRM
- Increase product distribution across On-trade and F&B segments
- Educate and support wholesalers, cafés, and operators
- Plan travel and field visits to maximize sales
- Attend industry events and organize brand activations
- Share market insights and competitor activity with sales team
- Identify high-potential cities and implement growth plans
