- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience in Salesforce solutions design, implementation, and enhancement, ideally in Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Order processes
- Experience in consulting roles, agile and traditional project methodologies is an advantage
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, data modeling, automation, reporting, and digital sales/marketing processes design
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, other Salesforce Clouds, integration scenarios, or Salesforce certifications
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- High degree of initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Ability to convey complex requirements clearly and understandably
- Confident English communication
- German language skills are a plus

- Create a seamless customer journey
- Drive further development of Lead-to-Order processes
- Collaborate with business departments to create efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support the entire solution lifecycle
- Advance continuous optimization of platform and sales processes
- Advise internal partners on best practices for sales and marketing digitization
- Promote knowledge sharing
- Contribute new ideas
- Support further development of Salesforce landscape and collaboration
