- Handle incidents, analyze problems, and follow up on SAP modules
- Contribute to keeping business-critical application processes available and effective
- Provide 2nd-level support to users and key users in European countries
- Answer questions and resolve functional issues within the assigned scope
- Ensure support is service-oriented, pragmatic, and well-documented
- Analyze service requests and smaller change requirements
- Prepare specifications for changes
- Coordinate or implement approved changes
- Participate in testing adjustments
- Ensure adjustments work reliably in the broader application context
- Work with module experts, senior consultants, and business stakeholders on process improvements

- Help translate operational needs into workable application adjustments
- Participate in rollouts and application projects
