- Analyze day-to-day operational challenges
- Ensure sustainable issue resolution
- Perform functional testing and quality assurance
- Maintain functional documentation and configuration records
- Maintain architectural guidelines
- Provide functional 2nd and 3rd level support
- Advise business units on best practices
- Advise development teams on best practices
- Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects
- Contribute to platform roadmap development
- Ensure platform performance and stability
- Support on-call activities during billing cycles
- Leverage modern AI tools in daily work
- Apply a strong hands-on mentality
