Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and supply planning
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams
- Team player with proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of another European language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipment progress and order processing
- Place seasonal replenishment orders based on subsidiaries' demand plan
- Monitor and report subsidiary warehouse inventory to ensure stable supply and appropriate stock levels
- Follow up on improvement actions with subsidiaries based on regular RDC evaluations
- Prepare monthly plant loading plans and allocate shipment volumes across European subsidiaries
- Monitor daily and monthly loading progress and coordinate with plants and subsidiaries to resolve shipment issues
- Communicate with European subsidiaries and plants regarding order status, loading progress, and supply availability
- Manage supply operations for strategic customers, including consignment stock, order forecasts, and supply performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on warehouse operations, delivery routes, inventory status, and customer supply performance
