Aufgaben
- Participate in identifying abnormal behavior or vulnerabilities
- Assist customers in protecting information systems
- Develop and submit remediation plans
- Report detected incidents to customers
- Improve SOC security incident detection techniques and rules
- Contribute to the development of a unique product
- Work with SOC L3 experts to counter sophisticated attacks
- Inform the product team of changes to analysis and reporting tools
- Guide and advise customers' operational security teams during incidents
- Advise CISOs on operations during security incidents
