- No fear of European VAT, OSS, and withholding taxes
- Work with ERP system NetSuite and international Finance partners
- Completed commercial training, ideally tax clerk or financial accountant, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and HGB statement preparation
- Experience with monthly/annual financial statements, financial/group reporting; IFRS desirable
- Experience in steering and improving accounting processes, ideally international
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
- Experience with NetSuite or willingness to learn
- Good English skills for global Finance collaboration

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and HGB statement preparation
- Experience with monthly/annual financial statements, financial/group reporting; IFRS desirable
- Experience in overseeing and improving accounting processes, ideally international
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international Finance and management teams
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel highly desirable
- Good English skills for regular collaboration with global Finance organization
Aufgaben
- Oversee and continuously improve accounting processes for European business
- Independently manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Review invoices and process payments
- Manage accounts receivable
- Prepare VAT returns for all European countries with compliance partner
- Prepare and coordinate monthly and annual financial statements (HGB)
- Prepare and ensure quality of monthly financial reporting to US parent company
- Act as central Finance interface between KRM EU, European management, and global Finance
- Ensure reliable internal controls, documentation, and accounting standards
- Identify and implement improvements and automation in Finance processes
- Support development and effective use of NetSuite
