- Coding experience in object-oriented languages
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and its patterns
- Practical experience designing multi-agent orchestration patterns and running autonomous agents safely at enterprise scale
- Experience with trust boundaries, permissions, and auditability for autonomous agents
- Empathy and alignment with Salesforce core values (Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality)

- Architect solutions across Data 360, Agentforce / AIForce, and Enterprise Security
- Define trust and governance guardrails for autonomous agents
- Partner as a peer at CTO level with customer CISOs and CTOs
- Drive complex Salesforce transformations
- Define enterprise-wide architecture frameworks
- Ensure cutting-edge data platforms and AI-driven agents meet IT security and compliance standards
- Paint solution visions, architect systems, and guide implementation
- Align with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, Enterprise Architects, and Salesforce Lead Architects
- Translate business goals into secure, future-proof architectural blueprints
- Operate as CTO / Program Architect, owning program architecture and technical escalation
- Build an Enterprise AI Harness with Data 360 as the trusted context layer
- Embed security into every architecture from day one
- Use AI to make customer solutions faster and safer
- Architect scalable data foundations using Salesforce Data 360
- Focus on real-time ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, and zero-copy integrations
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture roadmap
- Establish governance, trust layers, and architectural guardrails for Salesforce Agentforce / AIForce
- Design end-to-end security architectures to mitigate risks
- Define and enforce secure API integration patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Act as lead architect by coordinating and aligning the work of multiple architects
- Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements
- Review project vision, implementation approach, and key artifacts
- Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation
- Direct early solution evaluation, including proactive issue management
- Engage effectively with executives, the account team, engineering, and product management
- Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery and communication strategies
- Identify, lead, or contribute to pivotal internal initiatives
- Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services
